Chris and the team at The DM Lab have delivered a fantastic new website for us. Their approach was to work with us on our existing RentMyHouse site initially to maximise its full potential whilst also gaining a really good understanding of the products and services we provide. Armed with that knowledge they were then able to help us to seamlessly migrate to a new website when the time was right. We met regularly and the communication was great, plain English as opposed to tech speak! This approach is quite radical and so much better than just jumping straight to a new website which would of been easier in the short term but a lot less effective in the longterm. In late 2016 we became aware that our competitors were appearing all over the internet and increasing their market presence. In trying to find a solution to this Hereford Chamber of Commerce recommended a few members of which Chris and The DM Lab were one. Chris instantly showed me what our competitors were doing and also showed me what we needed to do to compete. This was a completely new world and one we do not have the skills to maximise. Fortunately Chris and his team can do this for us and we are seeing our enquiry level climbing rapidly and importantly within a tightly controlled budget.
