Chris is Invited to Buckingham Palace!

At The DM Lab, we’re incredibly proud to see our Director, Chris Tipping, receive an invitation from the Lord-Lieutenant of Herefordshire, Mr Edward Harley CBE, to attend a Garden Party at Buckingham Palace this year in recognition of his continued dedication to supporting the community and the County of Herefordshire.
While many people recognise Chris for his work with Belmont Wanderers FC CIC and his wider involvement in the local community, those of us who work alongside him see that same commitment every single day. His values strongly reflect those we hold at The DM Lab - innovation, integrity and collaboration - and he constantly looks for ways to improve things for the people and organisations around him.
Chris has never been someone who seeks recognition or praise. Much of the work he does for the community happens quietly behind the scenes. Alongside running businesses, supporting his family and leading teams, he dedicates countless hours (often seven days a week) to calls, meetings and projects that exist purely to support others across Herefordshire.
Even through personal loss and challenges, including losing his father nearly six years ago, Chris continued to channel his energy into supporting the Southside of Hereford community, helping to raise over £2.7 million for local projects and initiatives.

Chris and The DM Lab are also proud signatories of the Armed Forces Covenant, continuing to support the armed forces community.
There are likely many more individuals, clubs and organisations that Chris has helped along the way, often quietly and without recognition. That’s simply who he is. Chris is a true Herefordian, someone who cares deeply about his community and continually works to make things better for the people around him, never expecting anything in return.
This invitation is a fitting acknowledgement of years of dedication to the people and community of Herefordshire, and we couldn’t be prouder to have him as part of The DM Lab.
