Most notably, through Belmont Wanderers Football Club, Chris has helped support one of the county’s largest volunteer-led grassroots sports organisations, which now provides opportunities for more than 500 players and their families.

This commitment to community development, long-term thinking and creating opportunities for others remains central to the values of both Chris and The DM Lab.

A key part of Chris's leadership philosophy has been investing in future talent.

Over the years, The DM Lab has supported apprenticeships, work placements and professional development opportunities, helping individuals gain practical experience and build careers within the digital sector.
