Digital Platform & Secure Information Hub for a Military Welfare Charity

The Challenge

The Hoplite Fund provides welfare and support to serving and former personnel of the Regiment and their dependents, ensuring that those who serve have access to the help, guidance and care they need.

Before the project began, the organisation had no centralised digital presence. Information and support requests were often managed through Word documents or PDFs, which created several challenges:

No clear online hub for information and guidance
Difficult processes for beneficiaries seeking help
Limited digital communication with stakeholders

No secure area for trustees to access information
