Website Migration & Digital Platform Upgrade for a Parking Management Provider

The Challenge

Corporate Services Parking Management (CSPM) provides professional parking and facilities management services across multiple sectors. Their approach focuses on delivering tailored parking solutions while supporting clients in achieving their operational and commercial goals.

However, their existing website was built on a platform that had become difficult to manage and update internally. The system also needed to continue supporting integration with an external PCN payment gateway, which allows users to pay parking charge notices online.

The project therefore needed to:

• Migrate the existing website to a more manageable CMS
• Preserve essential functionality, including the external PCN payment system
• Ensure there was no interruption to service during the transition
• Provide a refreshed design that better represented the organisation
