Once again, hot off the back of our recent achievements at the Midlands Business Awards, we have some more exciting news to announce!
The DM Lab’s MD Chris is set to become a Board of Trustees Member at the fantastic Canwood Gallery!
Canwood Gallery is particularly close to our hearts here at The DM Lab as we have been involved with them since 2017. We developed a website to help showcase the not for profit venture and showed the team how to use it. Not only this, but our friend and also a client of ours Garry Thomas of Thomas Studio helped to plan the build. Furthermore, our friend (and also a client of ours) Mark of MRG Building Services helped to build the gallery!
It’s not only these connections that inspired Chris to become a board member. We’ve followed the story of Canwood Gallery since it was just a dream. Now, the fantastic gallery, situated in Checkley in Herefordshire, has played host to numerous local and famous artists and sculptors. Canwood Gallery and sculpture park provides thought provoking art with a mixture of international and local artists, within the beautiful and inspiring countryside of Herefordshire. The guys have ensured nobody misses out and entry to the gallery is completely free!

How are we helping?
So, how can we help with the teams already selfless efforts? By offering our web management and marketing expertise! The team already know what we can do so they know they’re in safe, enthusiastic and passionate hands! We will be doing everything we can to give the guys a good online presence and looking after the site we built for them back in 2017.
If you haven’t been to the gallery, we urge you to go. Support what these guys are doing. They work tirelessly to bring incredible art and sculptures to your doorstep (figuratively speaking of course!). Go and have a look – remember it’s completely free! Take a picnic, take the kids – make a day of it.

Canwood Gallery is a registered charity (number 1176915) offering you the opportunity to help build a sustainable art gallery that benefits the community. We are open Wednesday – Sundays from May – September and looking for volunteers to get involved for a few hours a month, whenever it suits you!
