Yesterday (Saturday 15th August) Chris and Dale took part in the Wiggle Cotswolds Sportive, tackling a gruelling 40 mile short course and today one half of Team DM Lab (Dale) took part in the Race4Men in Gloucester – a male version of the Race For Life to raise funds and awareness for Cancer Research UK.
The course was 4 laps around Plock Court playing fields (10k in total). Loads of support from marshalls and participants alike plus an appearance from the sun (was actually really hot) made for a lovely Sunday morning.
Unfortunately Chris had to pull out due to aggravating a knee injury during yesterday’s cycling sportive.
