Yesterday (4th May) on Bank Holiday Monday we went to Eastnor Chilli Festival at Eastnor Castle. Weather was great, there were loads of really cool (but hot!) stalls with some AMAZING products. We pretty much sampled EVERYTHING – we love our spicy food here at The Lab! Bought a few super hot chilli sauces – there were some excellent choices on offer from a couple of our favourite stalls – Grim Reaper Foods had some great Ghost Chilli Chocolate (was soooooo good!). Loved The Chilli Alchemist‘s products and Fat Man Chilli had some amazing chilli and cranberry sauce – which tasted amazing!
The weather was great, bit cloudy and nippy at times but it wasn’t raining which is always a plus! We had to try the Kwackers Duck Burger – which was every bit as good as it sounds! Also rude not to have some churros and nachos!
It does get bigger and better every year and we’re already excited about next year’s Chilli Festival!
