Once again, Team DM Lab took part in another locally organised event to help support fantastic local charities, this time it was the turn of St Michael’s Hospice and yesterday (Sunday 10th May) The DM Lab’s very own team of Chris and Dale ran 13.1 miles through the beautiful Herefordshire countryside in the Hereford Half Marathon.to raise money for St Michael’s Hospice.
Suffering today, but feeling an enormous sense of achievement, both Dale and Chris both improved upon previous race times, each setting a new PB time! It’s by no means an easy half marathon, an arduous, undulating course takes it’s toll and we had to battle against cramp and fitness!
A huge thanks to St Michael’s Hospice for organising the event, and many thanks to the volunteers who helped run the event along with the race marshals for their much needed encouragement!
