Mind Over Mountains Wellbeing Gesture
Times are still tough, despite the worst of it behind us. However some people are struggling & although we can’t help everyone we can, at least, help some.
Is everything beginning to feel a bit much? Are you feeling stressed, isolated or unwell?
We stumbled across Mind Over Mountains…
Mind Over Mountains created ‘Reconnecting Rambles’. This one in particular is Hay Bluff in the Brecon Beacons. An undulating and well-trodden Offas Dyke national trail rising up the rugged splendour of Hay Bluff. The prominent hill at the northern tip of the Black Mountains straddles the English Welsh border, and gifts you with broad views back toward Hay-on-Wye and the Golden Valley. To provide the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and others in some of the UK’s most beautiful natural places.
This day of walking with Mind Over Mountain’s professional team of experienced coaches, counsellors and outdoor experts. Creating a perfect opportunity to talk, reflect, and share for instance without pressure or expectation. They’ll help you to experience nature at its most beautiful and benefit from the proven healing power of the outdoors.
The walk is accompanied with two virtually delivered coaching and mindfulness sessions. This is to build your confidence, support connection and furthermore restore your sense of well-being.
We’d like to offer 2 people (at least, we’ll see what the uptake is like) an opportunity to completely switch off for a day & clear their mind in the beautiful Brecon Beacons.
If you think this could benefit you or someone you know, please get in touch & The DM Lab will fund the places for you. Just get in touch & we’ll sort everything for you – all you have to do is be able to get there and back, with a moderate level of fitness and above all, a sense of adventure!
