National Apprenticeship Awards 2021
As you may be aware, this Wednesday we’ll be attending the virtual National Apprenticeship Awards 2021!! In case you forgot or weren’t aware, Harv is a finalist in the ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category. Joe is a finalist in the ‘Apprentice of the Year’ category. In addition, The DM Lab is a finalist in the ‘Employer of the Year’ SME category. The DM Lab will also be entered into the exclusive ‘Recruitment Excellence Award’. The winner of this will be selected from entrants in the ‘Employer of the Year’ category.
So, we thought in the run up to the event, we’d let you know briefly why these guys have become finalists & what they’ve been up to!
Harv is a finalist in the National Apprenticeship Awards 2021 ‘Rising Star of the Year’ category.
The Rising Star category seeks to identify apprentices that have made impressive progress in their career to date. Furthermore have the potential to grow even further. After achieving a Distinction last March on the initial apprenticeship, Harv has now enrolled onto the Higher-Level Degree and is progressing well with the step up in both learning & execution. He continues to impress & is successfully completing & passing everything to date which is excellent. Harv is also the main point of contact for some clients & has built some strong relationships with them through his work.

Joe is a finalist in the National Apprenticeship Awards 2021 ‘Apprentice of the Year’ category.
The ‘Apprentice of the Year’ category recognises apprentices who have made a real difference to their workplace & are using the apprenticeship to boost their career. Joe brings a whole new skillset & an eye for detail to The DM Lab. This compliments Harv’s abilities while adding value to the business which we’ve heavily utilised – including web development projects which only after a short time with us, Joe is developing, launching & managing which is an incredible asset.
