Yesterday (Sunday 15th March 2015) the DM Lab team took part in the Resolution 10k Run at Hagley Hall 2015 to help raise awareness and money for the Stroke Association. It was a nice day for it and the course took us a bit by surprise with the hilly trail nature of the course around the Hagley Hall estate! Both Chris and Dale finished the arduous run in under an hour. Feeling it today!
