Ingredients:

1 avocado

1 tomato

1 chili pepper

½ an onion

2 tbsp lemon juice

A pinch of salt

 

Method:

Roughly chop up the avocado, onion, tomato and chili, add the lemon juice and salt and blend to a smooth consistency and enjoy!
