We’ve only got into cycling recently, like as in the last 2 / 3 months so we’ve been following the Tour De France more closely now we have a better appreciation for the riders and the grueling routes! We’ve got a few sportives under our belts now, The Brewood Cycle Challenge, Tour D’arts Clun Sportive and more recently St Michael’s Hospice’s Wheelie Big Cycle. We have a couple more sportives lined up in August and September but fortunately, for us, nothing like the 80+ hours of cycling the participants in the Tour De France have impressively completed. Massive respect for these guys and especially Chris Froome with his second victory and the first ever Brit to win 2 Tour De France. What an achievement and what an inspiration.
