We’ve all had them, but what are the signs that someone is unhappy with how the project is developing? We never assume what we are doing is what the client wants / expects, we involve them every step of the way.
The occult, and all its mysteries has always been something of interest to us here at the Lab. No, we’re not Satanists or anything weird like that, but the fact that there’s always 2 sides to a coin, certain things have one meaning, but then this again has further interpretations, like in Medieval times magnetism was thought to be witchcraft, but then science took a different opinion to this.

Went to see Ouija, as a fan of this genre, it didn’t disappoint. Pretty good, some jumpy / creepy bits and a decent story to go with it. Always been spooked by Ouija boards, we’ve never experimented (seen too many movies like this to know better!)
We are all for clean eating, so how about we share our spicy guacamole recipe as it’s Spicy Guacamole Day?! Ingredients: 1 avocado 1 tomato 1 chili pepper ½ an onion 2 tbsp lemon juice A pinch of salt Method: Roughly chop up the avocado, onion, tomato and chili, add the lemon juice and salt and blend to a smooth consistency and enjoy!
In February 2013, we decided to not consume sugar any longer. We have an interest in training, fitness, nutrition and supplementation, and after careful consideration and research we decided to try out the ketogenic diet.
Since we're heavily into diet, nutrition, supplements and training, thought it might be a good (possibly insightful and interesting) idea to start blogging about it all. If you've met us, you probably know all about it as we bore EVERYONE to death about it all.

We are lucky in that we have made many connections through various avenues. When we can, we always network, whether this is a BoB club or just a general get together. Through these we have met and worked with many great, supportive people and after working with them, we are never short of a referral or two.
It's obvious, good communication is paramount when it comes to developing (and more importantly completing) a project successfully for a client. This can be done in three ways. The first is progress meetings whether that's on site with the client or at your studio / office.

When I was growing up, there were ‘Were Bears’. These were so cool, they were innocent looking teddy bears that you could turn inside out revealing an evil version of the teddy. Do you remember them? Wish I still had mine.
Here at the Lab, we LOVE horror movies. One movie we were particularly looking forward to was The Babadook. An Australian horror, which if Wolf Creek is anything to go by, will be worth seeing! Anyway, we went to see it and it is a pretty different sort of horror.

As it’s Animation Day, I wanted to write a short blog about one of my favourite cartoons on TV. Admittedly I should grow up but this particular cartoon is so odd, quirky but hellishly funny and deserves a mention.
Today is Animation Day! A subject that is close to my heart and also one I achieved a BA(Hons) in at university many moons ago. I'll talk in detail in this blog post about how it's used in the media. It's a long one, so thanks in advance for reading it!
